This is a very nice place to live. I like the amenities. However, the office manager- Joy- is very difficult to work with. I'm a foster parent and when I put in an application she tried telling me I couldn't rent out here because you can't run a business out of a home. I was treated not ao nicely. Not going to get into that today as that was almost 5 years ago. So the other day I had to go ask for a new windshield sticker as I'd recently been in a wreck and didn't get to the body shop before they replaced the windshield. No big deal Right? WRONG I was SHOCKED by how I was being treated I was told "well if someone comes and busts your door down you know why, or {hers} or anyone actually" I'm sorry but if someone wanted in this park that bad all they would have to do is sit across 19th street and wait until the gate keeper goes on break. When they go on break, you see, they just put a sign on the window stating "on break go ahead" and open up the gate to anyone and everyone. Don't guilt me saying it's my fault if someone gets murdered. That has already happened and the gate and the damn stickers didn't prevent that did it? The same woman victim blamed me after being sexually harassed by another resident- I was left a note about things this guy wanted to do with me, Joy did nothing but say that I must be provoked him. I'd never had a conversation with the guy, the extent of me knowing who he was is that he walked through my yard a few times. Very unprofessional.
