I called the bank to get this fixed, but the person on the phone was unable to help me. I got transferred to accounting, but as usual, no one answered the phone. Since they only have this one branch I had to drive over an hour to The location to get this corrected. This was the last straw, I am actively switching My accounts to UMB bank.
