This company failed to provide adequate service on three counts in the last two years. Padial demonstrated unethical practices and/poor performance on three occasions: 1. Re: processing an insurance claim and failing to administer a requirement to reimburse owners when a valid claim with the HOA insurance company is not covered because of the large "deductible." 2. In failing to reimburse me for repairing a fence that falls under the maintenance/repair responsibility held by the property manager. 3. By not retaining a contingency fund to be collected from HOA dues as required. This caused the purchaser's mortgage company to demand more up-front cash when I sold my condominium - financially impacting me and the buyer who both had to cover additional cost (thousands of $) to support the financing and allow the sale to close. I sent a registered demand letter to the company, but to no avail. No response was received. The net impact on me was over $3,000. John McGaha
