My experience with the auction on Lasalle Indianapolis has been very good. Yes it is a very old warehouse but most of the items purchased has been next to perfect. The people there work very hard and help you all they can. If you need any office help, Sky will take care of everything about invoices or missing items she is wonderful to work with and Eric on the forklift is great at helping to load the big stuff. The warehouse is huge and you need to find the items you've won at auction by yourself, pushing an oversized cart and seeing few indicators of where your items might be. It's exhausting and frustrating and simply not worth the effort. read more

I see where this place is now something Midwest. I doubt that changing their name will make it better. Their sister location on LaSalle gets worse everytime. Everything is filthy and 8/10 times is broken or stained. Done with this company. read more

I have filled a complaint to the attorney General about this company not letting me bid. If I could I would give them a Zero Star. I have never had any negotiate reviews from any other auction. This place is a bad for business in the auction area. They pick and choose who they will lit bid. read more

I won an auction from them and they charged me twice for it. They wouldn't refund my overpayment until I told them that I was going to file a complaint with the attorney Generals office. Now they will not let me bid on any of their auctions. read more
