I do not have enough good things to stay about Commercial Realty Specialists. I own a gym and had outgrown the previous industrial space we were using. I contacted them to help me secure a new larger space. Not a lot of landlords want gyms, and usually the process can take months finding a space that will work. Within a week we narrowed down on a space and signed the paperwork. They took care of all the negotiations and got me a ton of tenant improvements and a couple months of free rent. Our lease was coming up on our office space and it was time to look for new space. The last time we looked, we did everything on our own after trying to work with a realtor unsuccessfully.
