It genuinely bothers me to see this business cast in a negative light. I feel that this is completely unwarranted. People are not willing to take responsibility for their own mistakes or be responsible for their own lack of organization. The numerous years my family has been having our taxes done with Accurate Tax and Payroll Services (Mrs. Hertz) , we have NEVER had an issue of dishonesty in any way. Accurate Tax and Payroll Services aka Mrs. Hertz has been a great asset and a treasure to our family. If you are looking for a reliable, honest ally to be in your corner against the often intimidating IRS, then we can't recommend her enough. I feel that it is wrong to undermine the blood, sweat and tears needed to operate a successful business for decades over a personal grievance. This is why I'm leaving my review despite the fact that I don't normally leave reviews. I sincerely hope Mrs. Hertz be successful against people bearing false witness against this business. I think it is the epitome of ungratefulness to receive multiple years of great service, yet leave a one-star review over a personal grievance. Mrs. Hertz must follow legal guidelines so I'm not sure what some people expect. I am quite certain this individual chose to use Mrs. Hertz for her reliability, dependability, incredible amount of knowledge and experience, and ability to help her clients the most in regards to discounts. She has an incredible ability to always find you the best return, she always has very fair pricing. It is the epitome of selfishness to ignore these attributes while also benefiting from such attributes for years. Some people are just extremely selfish, this is the reality of the times. However as a potential client, know with assurity that these SAME attributes can be as much of an asset to you, as they have been to us and our family. It ended up just to have them keep changing cleaner again but I was giving them a chance even after all the horrible stories I heard from the cleaners about the company. One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. The CPA we used for over three years was constantly delayed responding to emails, never available for phone calls and the office manager's consistent response was that our returns were "on his desk pending review". This was a yearly experience for the first three years using the firm. Our displeasure culminated in a year long effort to obtain an assessment from a state audit of a return that Byers and Byers prepared. After months of attempting to get a response, answer, or any type of correspondence from the CPA, I got a curt response and an advisement that I, after over 9 month of waiting, attempting to contact, ask the status of, and meet with a Byers and Byers representative, was somehow rude and should take my business elsewhere. Quite the customer service. An attempt to contact the managing partner of this firm went absolutely unanswered. After sharing this experience with my peers, most disclosed that they have had similar experiences and ALL FIVE OF OUR FAMILIES are taking our business elsewhere, as the CPA suggested. Save yourself the trouble and bypass this firm.

In my opinion these are two extraordinarily brilliant individuals and are the absolute best of the best. One has retired from practicing law, and the other is now working with the public defender's office and can no longer accept private clients. I had so much faith in these two individuals that I was worried and in doubt when I realized that I would have to obtain new counsel. However, both spoke so highly of Mr. Moseley, that I was intrigued. I took their advice and gave him a call. It has proved to be one of the better choices that I have made. Within fifteen minutes of our first conversation, I knew this was my guy. Mr. Moseley has since worked on a couple of separate issues for me. Each time he has been pleasant, professional and upfront. He is a man of intellect, simply brilliant, and resourceful. Well versed on multiple areas of law, he seems to know everyone, and has, each time, responded rapidly, and quickly reached a resolution. He explains the law and process thereof, in a way that one understands their own fate, and is not in fear of the unknown. Communication with the client should always be of the upmost priority. He gave me a number, I paid him that amount, and the work was done for that amount. Transparency and disclosure are a huge plus for him as well.
