I waited maybe about 5 minutes before being called to the back for my appointment. Was very nice and polite. She asked all the questions and put everything into my chart. She said Dr. Howarth would be in shortly. I waited about 10/15mins. Dr. Howarth finally came in. He was just as nice as always. We talked about how I was feeling fatigued, the pain in the groin area and the muscle spasms I have at night. We also discussed the physical therapy and how that was going. Let me know to get me some magnesium to help with what I got going on. I'm satisfied with the surgery and everything that has happened so far. So no complaints on my part. I do recommend him to family and friends. I got a chance to see Taneisha on my way out. She's one of the bestest. She made sure durning this process I got to get everything that was needed to help with recovery and healing... All I Can say is his staff "ROCKS"!!! Keep up the good work ladies:-)

My wife got so ill, I had to take her to the emergency room. The emergency room doctor; Dr. Crawford; ran tests and indicated the joint looked infected. He called in the standby surgeon to open the wound, clean it out and do a revision (Replace the socket lining and the ball. My wife had to spend five days in St. Francis hospital recovering and was placed on infusion treatments for six weeks after discharge. She just completed the forth week. This has been a nightmare for Suzanne and I. We don't know what the outcome will be. Type of care was poor. Quality was poor. Office experience gave us the impression that the staff could careless. If I had not taken her to the ER and waited until the delayed post OP follow up, the infection could have gone into her blood stream and infected her whole body. This is what the nurse who helped with the procedure that confirmed the infected hip.

Now looking at shoulder surgery with him. Matt his PA and Katie is MA are very caring. From many of the other reviews I have read from my own experience when I leave a message they usually tell you to give them 24 hours. I have always received great care at Colorado Center of Orthopedic Excellence.

From the moment we…read morebegan explaining the history of my daughter's knee injury, I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero bedside manner. Instead of listening, she was short, cold, and visibly irritated that I was trying to provide context for the injury. When my daughter told her that the exam was hurting and the pressure on her knee was too much, Shannon actually pressed harder. I was shocked. To make matters worse, the exam room at their south location had at least 20 dead flies on the floor and windowsill, extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in a medical facility. We left feeling mistreated and very upset. I called immediately to request a different provider and to speak with a manager about how unprofessional the appointment was. Instead of addressing anything we reported, they mailed us a letter saying they were "parting ways" with us. That tells you everything you need to know about how they handle complaints. While that is perfectly fine, we had already decided to seek care elsewhere, the lack of professionalism in how it was handled truly says it all. Be aware of the treatment you may receive here. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I picked him after reading his profile and I had a really great experience with him and with the 2 nurses. But walking in I got the nastiest look and the worst feeling from Dr. William Runge and the nurse who put the finger bands on my fracture fingers before I left made me feel extremely uncomfortable and like she was a racist, so that's why I don't have any doctors up here because I don't feel safe. You don't know who actually will help you and who's actually gonna hurt you. Dr. William Runge look like he was a Klan member the way he was looking at me and had the same attitude personality as a the nurse who acted like my blackness was gonna rub off on her when she had to put my finger bands on . I'm supposed to return appointment, but I think I'm just gonna cancel cause I really don't feel comfortable going back there and I recommend anyone who's not white If you have to go,Id go see Dr. Argonne. But if you're not White, I wouldn't go see William Runge . He has very nasty energy.

I was told after my last session that I could make another appointment if I wanted to. It was very dismissive and then I got a bill for multiple things that never even happened. I think it was just a way to milk the insurance company. This also did nothing for my achilles issues that was causing daily pain and trouble walking. I found a deep tissue massage therapist that worked on glute muscles and hamstrings and calves. This worked. Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates charged $180 for a ten minute foot rub (manual therapy) and $114 for neuromuscular re-education (which never happened unless it was the calf raises?). This is dishonest billing practices. I'm sure physical therapy is great for some situations, but they should be upfront with you if they think you need another option.
