This bank is fairly reputable, but they make it pretty hard for foreigners to have an account. For one thing, my account charged me $4 per month for no reason. When I tried to contract them by email they always wanted to talk by phone - not easy over Skype or with a time difference. The hours also weren't very convenient even When I lived in Sydney.
