At first I was impressed with the speed of this company in phoning me regarding our need for some electrical services at our offices. I was given a fair negotiated price over the phone and expected the serviceman to be at our offices at 10AM the next morning. After setting up the appt, I realized I had given the person on the phone some incorrect information so I tried to call back and got dumped into a full voicemail box where I was unable to leave a message. So, I waited and hoped for the best. Well, the next morning came and went and so have many other mornings, afternoons, and evenings since that day and I have not heard word one from this company ever again. So very unprofessional! We got another company to come take care of our electrical concerns. Would never call again or refer anyone to this company. read more
