Instead, we are cramped into a small room elbow to elbow and at one point for the Valentine's Day game, All those seated decided to take off their masks completely. When I told the event helpers that we were leaving because we didn't feel safe, they just looked at me and said "ok" and didn't even tell the group that they need to put their masks back on. Very hostile environment. The non-maskers were glaring at you and coughing at you. I did not feel safe there. Owner was more focused on his income then the health and well being of the community. Very sad! We just left rather than succumb ourselves to a toxic environment.

Kaitlyn and Serena decided that instead of helping the child or figuring out the problem they would record the baby and laugh while mocking her. This video was posted to Kaitlyn's Snapchat where she tagged Serena making a joke of the child. Other children can also be heard crying in the background, none of which were tended to. These women need to be fired and not allowed to work with anyone's children! This video has gone viral on social media and it is very disheartening and disturbing! I hope something will be done about this.
