Save your money and energy! This insurance is a huge scam. They somehow never get your referrals to your specialist so you are never able to use the insurance for anything serious. This has happened to me multiple times in the 5 months I've had this insurance. I've missed important appointments and been left in pain with no help from any of the staff. None of them care, they are rude, and apparently need more than 3 weeks to send in a referral. Save your sanity and go elsewhere! read more

This insurance company does not even deserve the one star. I've had this insurance for awhile and have had nothing but problems with them. It appears that there are only 2 women that work in the office, both of which are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and equally unhelpful. I have had to spend so much out-of-pocket to cover specialist bills because apparently the referrals were not done properly. I have medical bills that go unpaid for a year because the insurance company doesn't pay them. I spend countless hours on the phone with billing departments, collection agencies, and the insurance company themselves. I get the same response "they never received a bill for service". It is difficult to believe when it happens with every medical provider I have seen. It's beyond frustrating! Thank you Obamacare! read more
