Before finding Dr Ross and Dr Jen's practice at Precision Chiropractic I thought I would never find relief from my pain. It is because of both of them, I have found that I do not have to suffer anymore. Dr Ross and Dr Jen are both knowledgeable, comforting, caring and an added bonus ...they have a sense of humor. I am treated as a person not just a number. They take the time to make sure I walk out of their office feeling better. The rest of the staff there is great as well. I'm greeted by name and with a smile upon arrival every time. Their chiropractic assistants are amazing too. I am happy to say I am on the road to recovery thanks to Dr Ross and Dr Jen. What was once an active lifestyle of hiking, biking and kayaking, now became sedentary because of pain. I heard a commercial on the radio about Dr. Keith Solomon and did some research to see if this was legit, as I am a skeptic. I kept saying I was going to call and make an appointment but I was busy with PT and medical massages and acupuncture, those all feel good but weren't doing the trick for me. I finally got the nerve up to call and make an appointment with Dr. Solomon and I haven't turned back. By the 4th treatment I was walking out without pain in my leg and now it is 12 weeks later and pain is not even a thought anymore, in my leg. Yes I have more work to do, but I can walk again, baby steps for now but I know I will get there. I started going for acupuncture and medical massage treatment and it turned out that I was given the incorrect information and ended up paying more each visit than I was initially told I would have to pay over time. They eventually admitted that I was given the incorrect information, I reconfirmed exactly what I'd have to pay each time and I continued because I really needed the treatment. Additionally, the massage therapist's availability was limited and hard to align with my schedule so I started booking weeks in advance. For my most recent appointment, I received the text message to confirm my appointment 4 days in advance and I replied to confirm - it was correct for the day and time I booked for. The morning of my appointment I got a reminder via text message stating that my appointment was a different time (a time I couldn't make because of other commitments). I called the office right away to inquire about the time change - they saw that my appointment was moved and someone else was in for my original time slot. Knowing I booked it weeks ago (23 days to be exact), and received the confirmation text 4 days prior, I asked if the other person booked before or after me. They confirmed that MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED BEFORE THE OTHER PERSON. So instead of honoring my original appointment that I booked first they called the other person to see if they could switch - not to tell the other person that the office messed up and someone else (me) was already booked for that time slot!! They called me back to say the other person didn't answer their call, sorry for the mixup - apologetic but totally wrong in making me lose my appointment because of their error (and because the other patient didn't answer their phone) and would not change it on the other person even though I was booked first. Aside from the front desk staff, acupuncture services provided by Kristen and medical massage provided by Terese were excellent. It's unfortunate for these service providers to lose the business not by any fault of their own.

Dr. Gibson obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does and his dedication to always learning, the cleanliness of his office, the wide range of state-of-the-art equipment, and the honest compassion shows it. The difference is not only the time he spends really LISTENING and analyzing what you're going through, but the understanding he has of how soft tissue works along with your skeletal framework. Unlike other chiros, he actually works on soft tissue stuff, from trigger point releases to really getting in there to work those stubborn knots out. He was able to accommodate me and did something I wish most offices did, which was direct me to his website to fill out the new patient forms before going in. I love efficiency, and from past experiences, most doctors office's are not efficient. Unfortunately, my printer ran out of black ink before I could finish printing all the forms, so I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early. I entered the office and was greeted by Dr. Gibson professionally and courteously. I explained to him my printer situation, and he gave me the forms that I needed. I handed him the completed forms, and he invited me into the patient's room. In the room, he asked if he could evaluate me and I accepted. His evaluations involved some minor stretches and strength exercises. After performing the evaluation, I knew he was already better than the chiropractor I visit in Houston. I could tell he loves what he does by the way he got excited as he informed me of what my muscles were doing as I moved in specific directions. When you find a doctor like this, you want to keep them. I never felt rushed throughout the visit and he displayed some of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced. At the end of the visit, he mentioned having a contact in Houston who might be able to give me a chiropractor recommendation in the coming days. If you're an athlete and have sports-related pain this is the doctor you want to see. Don't be fooled by other chiropractors who specialize in older patients/accident cases.
