    Community First continues to be awful. My wife and I fought for months just to get Zelle enabled. now that it is enabled, every time we try to send money, it fails, and we have to call in and have them take days to review it. What a nightmare. CapitalOne offers free checking with none of this craziness. That's where we are going. Bye CFCU - we are tired of the problems. UPDATE: Constant problems. One day, Zelle works, the next day it doesnt. We are currently traveling and need to use zelle. It's a Sunday. And of course, CF's online portal is unreliable, throwing random errors when trying to use Zelle. At the point, what is the point? Closing down our CF account and sticking with CapitalOne. Much less headache. Good riddance.

    Beware of the parking lot. It's very hard to maneuver around. We went through the drive through which is very easy and convenient. The Teller was very nice and when she talks, you can see her face on the screen. I like to see who I am talking to. Overall, it's a nice Credit Union to do business with.

    HORRIBLE. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My elderly mother…read moregranted me Power of Attorney so I could manage her affairs while she is hospitalized, and instead of help, I've faced constant obstruction. It has been over six weeks of delays and contradictions. I submitted three POAs; they finally accepted the last one, yet still refuse to grant me access to her online account--despite the POA clearly authorizing full access to all financial accounts. I live out of state, so without online access I cannot make payments or arrange assisted living or care for my mother. Every time I call, I follow their instructions exactly, only to be told afterward that I was given incorrect information. No one seems to know the correct process, and there is no legal or logical explanation for denying access to my mother's own account. If she--or I--could physically go into a branch, we would. The lack of communication and accountability is deplorable. The way this company treats elderly customers and their families is unethical and potentially illegal.

All they care about is, the money they can make of the fools they have as clients. I am a good example when I decided to move from Progressive full cover insurance, to National from Allstate, because since I am financing, they did not accept the fact that I put my RV in storage, to save some money and because you do not use an RV for daily use, since is 10 cylinders, but their people and their managers are so stupid, that they do not even know how to use common sense, to make decisions,because their noses are so center in the company rules, that they can not see reason, even if they know I am right and they do not recognize, that the state laws of DMV are above their stupid rules. They do not care that while is park at my premises the home insurance will cover any damage and so is the gap insurance they forced me to have. Like I said, they just care about themselves and not a Senior and or a Disable Veteran. For 4 months they harrass both of us by phone, Email, letters and they did not wave the $180 plus late fees. they claim 2 fees and that they wave one, when it was not true. They do not even know the definition by the insurance world of lapse of insurance, when my vehicle always had insurance, but on storage you do not need Comprehensive or Collision, since you are not going to collide or injure anyone, while is park, but they are so smart, that do not comprehend any of that and not even their supposed insurance representative. even with our good paying history, since I started financing.
