You are welcomed the moment you walk up. They do not know if you are there to give or take, either way, they ask how they can help you. When we arrived there were many people there. Due to COVID they are greeting everyone outside. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing. Seems its the new normal no matter where you go these days. If you are there to receive, it is a simple transaction. No matter your situation, this is a lovely resource for anyone who needs them. If you are there to donate, they are very appreciative and encourage you to come back. We should give as we would receive, cheerfully, quickly, and without hesitation.

I decided to give it a try and found it to be such a positive and pleasant experience that I have been back every day since starting. The people there are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The really big bonus is the way that I feel in giving back to the community and helping kids get some good nutrition in the process. The folks who work there have actually begun to feel more like family than anything. Do yourself a favor and volunteer. You will Enriched by the experience!
