Your bed will not be changed everyday, your bed will only be change if you soil it or something major spills on your bed. the nurses are overwhelmed with passing medication and dealing with upsets of patients needs. The nurse aides are students from high schools in the area, sixteen, seventeen and eighteen year old girls who either like taking care of people and have that passion or you are dealing with a teen who does not care for you. There is no content of care, every day is different. you can push your call light and wait any where from 10 minutes to four hour. What I did to get my medicine or help with going to the bathroom, was to call on my cell phone the main Noble pond phone number. Sometime the night crew would stay at the nurses station and have social hours, and let the call light go unanswered. so I would pick up my cellphone and call for the nurses station for help or medication, the hall light would stay on all nigh, between the social hour and the light you ca get any rest. Had to threaten to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital to get it done. -Didn't shower her for a month, then, only did the day she left. -Daily had to tell them to wrap her legs due to swelling and then to change them because of seeping. -She was discharged with a catheter in (needed to check for UTI 2 weeks earlier). Also, discharged with a pic line in her arm. -Insurance covered another week of physical therapy, no one at the facility told us and they left her go too soon. I only rated it 1 star because I had to at a minimum.
