They didn't listen to the context of the situation at all and seemed more interested in arguing their own point than resolving my issue. Tyrone Davis/Reliable services is not Reliable..He will not fix our turf he put down July 2025…read more this year ..there are seams all over yard posting pictures.. we refused to pay the balance until he replaced pr properly fixed all the seams. So what does he do puts a lien on our property all we asked him to do was honor his one year warranty especially considering it had just been put down ..hes a nice guy as long as its going his way but when you question his work he refuses to fix the mohawk seams all over the yard where turf was laid .He didn't use seam tape as he told us on our first meeting 3 things to make turf look real. Seamtape,glue and staples.. he refused to use seamtape and now we have a mess in our yard !
