Take the second exit "Route 143" and head west on 143. Within 100 yards you will see a grocery store in a strip mall on your left. The bank is in that mall. Be careful because one ATM gives out US dollars. You will get hit with a foreign currency conversion fee and receive a bunch of US bills if you use the wrong machine. If you are hungry you can stop in the grocery store for some food. They have a small area with tables and chairs where you can eat. There is also a small SAQ store where you can buy a nice French wine to take back to the US. If you want a much greater selection of French wines, go to the Magog SAQ store.

Their hours are horrible, their locations are cramped with little to no parking. They are just poorly run and bad from every angle. Clearly they have done zero investing into their buildings or software, they clearly don't think it's necessary to upkeep their end of things to provide a good end user experience to the client. They operate only from a "you have no where else to go so take what you get" mindset without any "hey maybe we should make this not suck" after-thoughts. There are much better choices around the area. My advice would be to go with one of them.

I only left after having moved 700+ miles away, and even THEN it took me two years before I finally closed my accounts. From the tellers to the loan officers, I always had such great service, and they really offered a full suite of online banking services for most of the years that I held these accounts. I've since switched over to a large, national bank in a metro area, and REALLY miss the personalized service I always got from CNB!!
