I'm sad to say my second appointment with Maria's cleaning service was canceled due to the cleaners being ill, which is perfectly understandable during flu season. That was 10 days ago and I have messaged Santiago, who books the service, several times for an update and to reschedule with no response at all. It's very disappointing as I had given an honest first review. I don't know why they didn't want the job... too much dog hair perhaps!? But some communication would have been much appreciated.

No not enough I said ok how about 400$ they said yes later said they wanted paid 500$ first half and 100$ second half , so I'm paying almost double what she quoted. I knew it was a bad idea but I had it in writing and they promised they would come back ! for that price I just wanted it finished and they were already there so I agreed ! , well they lied !! I was trying to be nice because the house was dirty I just moved in , they only cleaned half the house they said they would get everything in each room and didn't , I cleaned the rest up . they said they would come back and do the other half, when I try to make plans to get the 2nd half , they say they won't come back unless for150$ ..I know for a fact I could have gotten a better deal , scam , never going back unless they fix the situation.
