My account was defrauded for $334 .. it was all spent at a Mexican grocery store. I have never been…read morein. I called it in to Chase as a fraud they denied the claim saying the card was used. The card has never left my possession. They did not take care of me their customer. They let the defrauded get away with my money. I am out over $ 300. All I have is SS to live on. This bank did not do its due diligence for its customer. It WAS a fraudulent transaction!! I wouldn't trust them with your money because the won't have your back!

Went back in and the front desk lady didn't say hi and was extremely rude. Also charged is 25$ to close the account. Horrible service.
