Worst emergency room I have been in. I took my daughter there after she was rear ended at a high…read morerate of speed. We had to wait to see a doctor , even though my daughter was crying and rocking in pain. The receptionist told me that others had gotten there before us and we would have to wait our turn, which is fine if the others were in distress but looking around the room, they were all smiling and visiting with each other and no one was showing any signs of being in pain. It appeared to be an urgent care setting instead of an emergency room. If I have a choice I would never go back to this ER. The best ER is at the Dexter hospital, they actually have a sign that says (This is NOT a first come, first serve ER, we treat the ones who are in most need, first)!! As it should be in an emergency room!!

I had a follow up call everyday for 3 days and was impressed with the level of communication. Only issue I had was I think the nurse didn't stick my IV very well as much as she messed with it and how long a 1/4 bag of IV took before I had enough. Julie was great though.
