Camarones Cajun en bolsa was recommended and ordered with no sausage, chicken instead and extra hot sauce. The restaurant is really nice! Safe, clean and practiced. Spanish music playing. Outside eating available. Short wait before it was received with well wishes! Lunch time! Split in half. My half was really delicious and the hot sauce was fantastic and really hot, which made it even better! Just put it over the white rice included and that was tasty too! Its important for those of us who actually live in Madera to support our local businesses, espicially new ones. With that said, my kids and I arrived tonight on a Sunday evening and found the place to be a little busy. We took this as a good sign. We were seated right away and provided with our chips and salsa (very tasty) and drinks shortly there after. My daughter ordered a chicken dish with homemade tortillas which she really enjoyed. My son ordered a chicken enchillada which he described as "cheesy good". And I ordered a sushi roll which I was pleasantly surprised as it was very tasty. The side salads that came with the main dishes were a great addition! Con: our meals did not all come out at the same time, so probably need to work on that. And I was charged a fee to use my credit card. Otherwise a great night out at a local Madera spot. Will come again but need to remember to bring cash next time. read more

Very nice people that work there.. we went and there's was only one female server then some gentleman in the back came to help her out in the front which was nice they were all very very nice. This place is a must visit! I don't consider many places worthy of a revisit. Compa Franks makes my revisit list though. I dined with co workers for lunch on a Wednesday. The restaurant is small with limited parking. Don't let that stop you! I ordered 3 Camron tacos and 1 Lengua taco. They all were generously portioned with protein and the ingredients were fresh. They were spicier than expected. What an AWESOME surprise!!! A coworker commented on his Tripa tacos and how they protein was deep fried and had a wonderful texture. I'll be trying those on my revisit. The staff was attentive and incredibly friendly. The cook/possible owner, came to the dining area to interact with the diners. That was a classy touch. This place is in a bit of an odd spot but worth finding. We were the first ones in and were greeted by a nice friendly female who seemed to be the front of the house by her self, mind you it was a bit early. We found a table and she brought our menus and answered our questions and took our order and retrieved our drinks. The place was in the small side with outdoor seating and we were very comfortable. My wife had the Chicken flautas and thought they were pretty good. I had the deep fried burrito and it was very good, I felt it needed cheese and sour cream to make it an excellent burrito. I liked their prices and they have a nice menu, you'll need help as the menu is mostly in Spanish. We will certainly go back and try some other dishes. read more
