Compare Carpets in Norco is a wonderful, friendly place to find the best and newest products in flooring! We had old carpet that the dogs used secretly (not so secretly) as their pee floor...yuck! the smell!! I talk to Rod in Norco and he suggested Vinyl flooring because it's doggie proof..the guy came over and put it in-was very professional and courteous. Best part? I caught one of my bad dogs peeing on the floor just on the surface and with one disinfectant wipe, it was all clean and fresh again!! SOLD.... we were spoken to honestly, no over selling or following us around pressuring us with one item over another. we explained it was carpet for a rental unit and needed three things the most. Don't trust them! They will say anything to make the sale and then forget that they promised something different other than getting it installed. Once you pay, you are on your own. Go somewhere else that has integrity. I was promised if anything had a problem after the installation, they would replace the product, no questions asked. That didn't happen when some of the flooring had issues. It took months of calling, and ultimately, they did nothing, no repairs, just "get over it." read more

I called Mark monday (3/09) and left a message to come out and give me an estimate for vinyl, tile, and carpet flooring. He called me back on tuesday (3/10) and setup an appointment to come out at 10am friday (3/13), which I had to leave work to be at. Friday rolls around and at 10:04am I leave a message with Mark as to when he would be showing up. At 10:39 I get a call from an associate saying Mark had a meeting and that he would be handling the appointment. For one, Mark should call the customer if there are any changes to an appointment (especially if its going to be someone else servicing the appointment). Two, the guy tried to give some excuse about it being a 10:30 appointment (which was never the case) and he was late to his own so called appointment time. I just hate companies with bad communication that don't take the client into consideration. If you feel the same way steer clear of this company. read more
