I have called them countless times to regain access and each time , they refuse. I have told employees that we have a court order, a restraining order that does not allow to remove or restrict our joint bank account. They still refused to help with this matter even after I offered them a copy of the order. Mind you my EXs mother works at this branch. I have court orders to pay off all these loans and I am being denied the ability to do so. Also, if they aren't paid, a delinquent payment will go in my credit. No accidents, no tickets, nothing changed on my end. I ended up switching to GEICO and cut my premium nearly in half. When I called to cancel no one asked why or seemed to care at all. Not even a basic "Can we help you?" Just a flat and indiferent response. It really felt like my bussiness didn't matter to them. I also had an issue months back when they nearly canceled my policy over something minor without much warning, leaving me scrambling to figure it out last minute.
