I was on a mini vacation in Belmar and he was referred to me but wasn't in the office. I left a message. His asst called me back and asked if I could come in ASAP. He examined me and told me to relax and lay down When I did he told me to wiggle my toes And within that second I wasn't paying attention, he broke my neck. I gasped in shock!!!!
