The landscaper removing the shrubs got the removal finished faster than we thought and wanted to go ahead with the planting. It was already 3:40 and they close at 4 on Saturday, but I called and asked Joan if we could come and get them. It was a very busy and exhausting day for them, especially since it was one of the first Saturdays with beautiful "work in the yard" weather. She and one of her employees stayed late so we could get them picked up and get the job finished. When we got there they had them pulled and ready to load on our trailor. Not many businesses will stay late and provide that level of service. It was much appreciated! Our new row of shrubs looks great and we highly recommend the crew at Green Horizons Garden Center!

About once a year I spray for ants. I just called and she said since I don't have a contract and I haven't used them in a year they are not taking new customers when in fact I am a customer of theirs. Or should I say I was! I can now see why their ratings are lower than most other companies. Maybe the BBB can have alittle say so in this matter. He was fired this am. Do NOT use this guy for anything. See posts of other jobs he has left owners high and dry. Not only is his work product unprofessional, he lacks care of customers requests, care of product nor care of your home. We were fined by our POA due to lack of his cleaning up. He has damaged electrical, septic, concrete stairs, parking pad and street. He works 1-2 hours a week, caring more about his other jobs which he regularly mentions. A six week job going on six months. We have already sourced another company that has indicated the he has done this before and they are in the process of fixing one of his other jobs. He lacks experience and in our opinion should not be entrusted by anyone construct retaining walls. We will survive but posting so others do not incur the stress and expense that we have. We care about our community and this company has no place in Four Seasons or anywhere else in the area.
