He is funny and gives personal advice as if it were his laptop. They provide free diagnostics. He didn't apply any pressure to purchase anything, so I was able to peruse freely and make an easy decision. He does provide electronics recycling or resale if you're ready to get rid of your old device. He was responsive when I called to make sure they were open on a holiday. The signage within the strip mall (called Zone31) makes it easy to locate this storefront, and parking is plentiful.

They give you very organized print outs of all financial information that you have done. They are great at doing payroll and if you are nearby you can actually pick up payroll checks via their drive thru window on the side of the building. Or they can same day deliver, or mail payroll to you or your business as needed. The location is kept very clean and professional looking and the employees have always been courteous and professional when I have dealt with them. They are also quick to find out tax info for you and to email you back. Their rates are reasonable for the time it saves you, and for the expertise and accuracy they offer, it's one less thing to deal with knowing they do it correctly for you. I recommend this office which has several employees in it, CPA's and assistants, I assume.
