Competition Glass and Mirror replaced a windshield on my car and my daughters car. Did a wonderful job and responded quickly and had our vehicles at his shop for replacement immediately. My home was also broken into a few years ago and I called John and he dropped all early evening and drove to my home to put seal up the window on my back door. Saturday late in the day - I needed four window replacements asap. Competition Glass was closed for the day - but John returned my call and was able to give me replacements Sunday morning. He also gave me helpful hints for repair - and said he would come to my house if I had trouble installing. Great service. read more

I was recommended this company through a friend. Mr. Kelly the owner came out to my job site to give me an estimate, I arranged for a time to bring my car in to his shop. When I arrived I was surprised that it was a business run out of his garage attached to his house. There was no waiting room and nowhere for my girlfriend to park while she waited for me to talk to him. When I returned to get my vehicle at the end of the day no one was at the residence or in the garage tried calling the number, no response. Had to wait until the following day to pick up my vehicle and again no one was at the shop to get me my keys. Had to drive to the house on three occasions that evening until someone was home so I could knock on the door and request a way to get ahold of him instead of the business number. When I finally did get a hold of him he was very rude and dismissive about the amount of time it took me to just get my vehicle back. When he submitted the claim to my insurance company they denied it due to the fact that he was not an actual glass installer and i had to pay for it out of pocket. 2 weeks later I had to replace the brand new glass windshield he installed due to the excessive amount of water that would come into the car when it rained. John Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate to replace a broken window. Gave him an 80. cash deposit. Thought his estimate was high so I contacted another Company and got a much better deal. Have called him numerous times and he doesn't answer the phone. Went to his house/shop and he won't answer the door Stay clear of this business. read more
