Worst scheduling process of any medical office I've been to. Tried calling to make an appointment…read morefor my aunt when they opened at 8:30. On hold for almost 10 minutes without anyone picking up. Ok, they had just opened and were maybe getting lots of calls. Tried calling about an hour and a half later, got a message that someone would pick up in approximately 16 minutes. Never did. When you call there are lots of options. I chose 2 which was to make an appointment or talk to the receptionist. Then I had to chose 1 if it was regarding an appointment already scheduled or 2 if it was for a new patient. No option to select make an appointment for an established patient. Selected 1, no one picked up, disconnected me after about 8 minutes. Then I tried 2, even though my aunt is not a new patient. On hold for over 10 minutes, then someone finally picked up only to tell me I called the wrong line, which I get because I was just trying to get a hold of anyone. Sounded like he was in a call center in another country, had a hard time understanding what he was telling me. Put me on hold to try and connect me to the correct line. He couldn't get a hold of anyone either, so told me he left my number for someone to call me back. No call back after waiting 3 hours, so I tried calling again. Of course I couldn't get through, so I left a message with my phone number. I've just never had this much trouble getting a hold of a doctor's office when originally trying to call first thing in the morning. It's now almost 4:30 and they'll be closing soon. There may be great doctors, but if you can't get ahold of anyone to make an appointment what's the point. I was being persistent because an ER doctor said to get my aunt in as soon as possible.

Dr. DiNucci is the best doctor I have ever found. I have been a patient for over 10 years having…read morevarious problems with my feet. He has treated me like a family member and continues to be one of the top doctors on "my team". I am not a diabetic but I have severe neuropathy which requires constant monitoring and he has been there the whole time. He goes above and beyond. His office is small but absolutely worth the wait. You see the Doctor, no PA's or NP's. He takes the time to listen to you and all your issues. He is an excellent surgeon, but makes sure you need an operation before he cuts. One of my stories is that I was not going to be admitted to the hospital because the admitting doctor thought I just had a respiratory issue. My daughter called Dr. DiNucci to tell him I wouldn't be at my appointment and the reason. He came to the hospital and explained to the emergency room doctor that he was my doctor and I needed to be admitted because something wasn't right. As it turned out I had MRSA and it had went systemic. The infectious disease doctor told me that if I had not been admitted, I would have probably died that night. Dr. DiNucci saved my life! This Doctor is worth it.

Dr Sempek and staff are THE WORST. I paid them $700 bc I don't hv insurance for appointment,…read morexrays, and boot. After the recommended time in the boot my foot was still having issues so I called back to ask questions. His staff assured me he'd call me back at the end of the day. This DID NOT happen. I called two more times with no resolution. Next day I get a call from his staff telling me since I moved to go elsewhere. I said what about my questions regarding the care he provided? Staff member started yelling and told me not to contact them again. Later I get a call from Dr Sempek and I said his staff was extremely abusive on the phone, he said that's not likely. I told him not to call me I'm going elsewhere per he & his staff recommendation and I can't talk because I'm at work. He proceeds to call me 3 more times, I pick up again and he accuses me of hanging up on him when I clearly said I'm going elsewhere. He calls a few more time before I block him. Psychotic, no ability to actively listen or respect you as a human.

I was then left standing in the corner of the spa room wondering if I take off just my shirt or do I take everything off but leave the under garments on or do I take nothing off and just lay face down?. These are things that should be told to a client especially if they state they are new to this. I had my massage person peeking through the curtains to see if I was done I then opened the curtains to ask what am I supposed to be doing she then say" take off, lay down" and leaves I understand there is a language barrier but I was still left so confused at this point I am taking my shirt and bra off wondering if this is what she even meant? The massage person then walks in as I'm literally taking off my bra and she can see I am taking off my bra but yet she continues to walk in the room and I literally flashed the massage person a couple times while feeling so uncomfortable. The massage person says nothing and just lays a towel on my back the whole time so I'm not sure if I was supposed to even take off my bra. But we get to the massage it was extremely to rough for me I asked multiple times to be more softer please but it only stoped for 3 min and it would be extremely rough again. LADYS if u have Nexplanon birth control in ur arm DONT NOT COME HERE the massage person was extremely rough on my arm massage I kept asking to go soft on my arm as my birth control is there. But again not sure if this is a language barrier but it still continued to be so rough to the point where I just potentially asked for her to stop massaging that arm and move to the next please. The whole massage I could not relax at all I wanted it to be done already. but at the end I left and went to my car to check my birth control in my arm and it was sore and swollen around my birth control and that has never happened in 3 years of having it. I now have to make a doctors appointment to get my birth control checked as I am afraid it may be damaged now. This is my experience at this Spa 0/10 would never recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.
