Awesome!! Brought my 2005 VW Bug in for an estimate. The front bumper was being pulled off from me parking on top of curbs (oops). I needed it fixed for a road trip and read online it could set me back about $300. I'm a college student, so I don't have that kind of money. Just had the GREATEST experience! I'm extremely weary of the 19.99 oil change places. I'm new to the area and was recommended this place by a local. I value getting my car looked at by a TRUSTED mechanic to ensure everything is running smoothly. Today I went in with a list of issues/concerns and they got me taken care of swiftly! They even topped off my windshield fluid. I mentioned checking my air filter and they looked into it and said I didn't need one quite yet. Normally places will charge you for it, and change it even if you don't need it yet. I appreciate the service, and happy my car is back to fill oil. Go here!!! read more

They DOUBLE CHARGE FOR PARTS! Always, always, always know the price of parts before going to a mechanic, especially these guys. I went in to have ONE wheel bearing replaced, and they CHARGED me for TWO replacement parts (they come in packs of two). My daughter, a college freshman trying to get home for the summer, found that her battery in her car was dead. She had left the dome light on. She contacted Complete Car Care for a portable batter jumper and they were very nice at first and let her take the jumper to start her car. They also walked her through the steps when she called back and her alarm was going off. She returned to the store with her car and asked them to charge the battery. She was willing to pay for the services. However, one of the mechanics walked out with a new battery. She told them that her mom wanted her to wait until she got home to replace the battery. He, then proceeded to tell her off. He said that they had been nice and helped her out and now she needed to buy the battery from them. And if she broke down on the side of the road, then he guessed her mom would be sorry then. She was speechless. And to her credit, did not let him bully her into buying the battery. And she did offer to pay for their services so why he decided to tell her off is a mystery. She is now afraid to go back there. Good job, Complete Car Care. Horrible, took my jeep in had very obvious issues with sputtering on acceleration and stalling. they had it all day and said it was the spark plugs and suggested a tune up, well $250 later it was sputtering as soon as I drove off the lot. it is exactly 0% better than before I took it to them. Avoid unless you just like handing over money. -- I am very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. I spent $1505.57 on three visits. All three visits were for my engine running hot. It has been a little over a month and I just spent $2500 to replace the cylinder head gaskets, by a Subaru dealership,, because my car was ONCE AGAIN running hot. Also, the second and third visit I told them it had a rough idle. Both times they kept just guessing at what it could be. I spent $423 within a week after bringing my car their for the last time because I knew the rough idle was an issue. The mechanic I brought it to diagnosed the rough idle and found out it was a bad coil pack. This was replaced by them and the rough idle was fixed. I also gave the second mechanic all my receipts and asked them to check the work that was done to my car. On the first visit to Complete Car Care, they gave me a tune-up, and one thing that was replaced was my spark plugs. The mechanic was able to unscrew my spark plugs with his fingers. The second mechanic was BBB accredited, while they are not. The other BIG issue I have is that I received a call on my third visit stating my Water Pump was bad and it would cost me $1300 to replace that and the timing belt. I called around for quotes because at this point I was uneasy and everyone else quoted around $700 for the same work. After arguing and threatening to report them to the BBB, he dropped the price to around $324, called and assured me that my timing belt looked okay. Surprise, I had my timing belt replaced with my head gaskets because it was fraying and at this point had them show me. I have also since priced all of their work out and parts and everything was significantly more expensive coming from them. I will be reporting them to the BBB. read more
