Dr. Tyler and Morgan present the best health-minded information in such an educational, but warm manner to all the expectant families. This is NOT just a typical birth class that they teach the different stages of labor... They offer such a well-rounded class showing care to ALL aspects of this life-change time period. They care about your total health, decisions you'll need to make for you/baby, planning for your postpartum, and so much more. The information they present is very much needed if you're aiming for a more natural birth. Most of westernized birth-world is ran on fear mongering, what's best/easier for a doctor, etc. But, this class will prepare you with handsdown essential information you may need to be educated on all of your options and be able to better advocate for yourself/baby during this important time. The atmosphere was so cozy, and you could truly feel the connection between birth partners. The teacher-duo is perfect because Dr. Tyler can help with the supportive fathers and Morgan can directly connect to the mothers (as a doula and mother herself). As someone who has had 5 babies (a mix of hospital, birth center, and home births), I would recommend this class regardless of if it's your first baby or your 8th baby.
