It was nice and convenient because they were located just down the street and they were able to get me in the day I called. Their prices are also great- I think this was the cheapest I paid to get my vehicle tinted although it was just the front two. The price they quoted me for all four windows tinted for my husband's F150 was still cheaper than when I got my Altima coupe tinted. Not only was the price good but the service was awesome. They are friendly and got my Jeep done in a matter of 40 minutes and it was ready for pick up. I guess the only thing I wish they had were more tint options like the 10% and 15%. The darkest was a 5% (too dark in my opinion for my Jeep) and then jumped to 20% being the next available darkest. I got the 20% on both front windows and the front strip to match the rest of my vehicle and it is the perfect amount of dark for me! Overall, I had a great experience here and I highly recommend it! This place only has one other review on here but they have a Facebook page full of 5 star reviews!

My gripes are with the lack of transparency on their pricing. I called in for a price quote, provided the details to my vehicle, and the representative quoted me at $180. I turned in my vehicle on a Saturday morning and as he was reviewing my vehicle type and model he raised the price by 20% ($240). I was upset and our transaction turned into a game of "he said - she said." I encourage you to call in for a quote, provide the details of your vehicle, and confirm the rate prior to entering the shop. Customers will also have to be proactive and call the store for the status of their vehicle, otherwise the shop will try to have you drop your vehicle off for 9 hours (open to close). The shop is poorly kept. This is not a place where a customer would want to wait for their vehicle to be worked on. It looked as though I was entering an abandoned business where the gentleman happened to have the keys to. When I picked up the vehicle, I explained that what he did on raising the price at the last second was unprofessional. Unfortunately, he had about 5-7 customers behind me and at the rate he's charging for window tinting (if you know, his price is very expensive), in a market like St Roberts, he's likely making out on all the service members who provide him business. Upon filing my claim nearly a week ago, I was not given the option to bring my car into the physical location for a repair. As a result, I was forced to have the technician come to me. After approximately 20 minutes of working on my windshield, the technician tells me that the he was unable to fix the chip and that I would need to have my windshield replaced. After inspecting his work, not only is the chip still there, but an additional large chip in my windshield was created and there are now cracks extending from the original chip (that I filed a claim through my insurance on) to the new chip in the glass and further on down. I understand that sometimes these issues arise during repair, but after speaking with local repair shops to now schedule a windshield replacement, it appears this was technician error - the outside temperature is hot today and no real effort was made to ventilate my car to cool the glass prior to work starting. Also to make matters worse - the technician offered to make me a future appointment for a windshield replacement and I politely declined opting to "shop around" since this experience had fallen short of my expectations. Only to realize that they went ahead and scheduled me one anyways because I received a text message stating that I had a windshield replacement appointment scheduled for the end of this week. Additionally, it appears that Safelite started a new claim pending through my insurance company for a $500 fee for the replacement. I absolutely would NOT recommend getting your windshield repaired through Safelite and highly suggest going elsewhere if at all possible.

He came to my work while I was working and it only took about 30 minutes from start to finish. He was extremely friendly and quick and efficient.
