I have seen so many complaints about him promising jobs and never following through. He lies about the issues he is facing so customers will understand how hard he has it with his crew. He doesn't know how to manage any aspect of his business and instead of accepting help or hiring someone to help him schedule, he just stops communicating. He WILL LEAVE you unfinished if you pay in advance. For the paid work I had him do, there were promises that there would be yearly check ups, and warranty - it will never happen, not even when I reached out with a problem. He swore he would come by that day and never showed. Jonah is unreliable, unprofessional, and comes across as a complete scam artist because of his lack of follow through and the way he stops communicating when he knows he has messed up. Work completed was done incorrectly, attaching wrong pieces to others, setting anchor bolts in place with steel support beams in concrete that hadn't cured. After extorting in excess of 9k from us, walked off site, effectively sacking themselves only to bombard us with abusive, harassing text messages. We had no other choice but to hire another crew to un-do all the mistakes at a further expense to us. Avoid this company and hire competent, licensed professionals instead.

He finally installed the unit after months of no contact form him. The duct work already needs a repair done to it. He refuses to call us back and/or text us back. Was supposed to have been here 2 weeks ago to fix and to do new work for our tankless water system. He won't return phone calls or text messages after he has read them. He has been paid in full. Repair needs to be done and the registers he gave us are too small for the holes he cut in our sheetrock. He also never gave us the cover for the vent inside our home. Mistakes happen, nobody is perfect, but if he would have just communicated with us, I wouldn't be writing this review. I would not recommend his company to anyone simply for his lack of communication! This has been going on since September of 2022 if this tells you how long it has taken him and he still hasn't done the right thing.

The job consisted of wood repair under shingles, new roof shingles, new gutters, gutter guards included. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed about the job and it took a while to complete the job but overall I'm satisfied with my new roof.
