They are very condescending and took advantage of me. They knew I was going to move as I told them at my initial appointment and they said that the transfer paperwork was very easy and when I moved my payments with them would stop and I would set it up with my next orthodontist where they would send my records also saying they work with military a lot so they are used to people moving, okay so I decided it was worth it if it was going to be simple to switch orthodontists. WRONG. I just got into my new place and the company's finance department calls me telling me it's going to cost me $863 to transfer my records, even though all payments were made (even an extra one they took out after my move) I told him that this was definitely not was I was informed because I made a deal to ask lots of questions when I started the process. They are very money hungry, the receptionist is rude. Only good thing about it is the doctor was very nice. I do not recommend going here if you plan on moving and don't like surprising expenses.
