I was charged $42 for an item that I am unable to find for more than $21.50 anywhere on the planet! Over DOUBLE and when, thinking this must be a clerical error, I was rebuffed and not even able to return the part or another exact part for a refund. I have been a loyal customer for 16 years buying my fuel oil and auto parts and pretty much everything from them and my father for 20+ years before me, I have cancelled my account, went across the street to do business with their only competitor (for petroleum products) and vow to spread the word about how I was treated. I am sure that Sam or Bob would've never have allowed this to happen.

Only advance auto parts stores came up -it didn't show an AutoZone store in Pokomoke city so we stopped at the advance auto parts store. The guy said they couldn't help us as he was the only one working. He said we should probably continue to drive till we get to where we're going before shutting off our vehicle we still had a 2 hour drive to reach our destination. As we went to pull back out onto the highway across the highway we saw an AutoZone store. So we cross the highway and the guy from AutoZone was very friendly and helped us. He tested our battery and determined the problem. this is a review of yelp. Very poor when you request an AutoZone and it doesn't show up. I believe that's called bait and switch. If I could give yelp zero stars for this one I would!!!!
