Today was an MRI of both my knees after an injury. I arrived early and checked in. Within five minutes I was called to the registration area and since I had answered all the questions online before my visit I was done within about five more minutes. I was then taken back into the MRI area within about 10 minutes and had the MRIs done. The text there were great and explained everything as we moved along. I was done and out before my actual scheduled appointment time. I also had a report in my email within three hours of leaving. WOW

I waited for a half hour and then I asked , how much longer? She said that by the time she got done checking me in it was 1205 and I was late so they decided to take someone in ahead of me and I would have to wait over an hour so I just decided to rebook my appointment this is absolutely ridiculous. She said I should've gotten a text telling me to come 15 minutes early and that I was supposed to be on the table at noon. The staff are so friendly and attentive across the board from reception to technicians and the facility is bright, clean and inviting. I was taken back well before my appointment, the IV contrast line was put in without any issue, and they must have advanced equipment because the whole test took half the time it has in the past. The MRI techs are calming, funny, and professional so if I were a nervous type they'd have put me completely at ease. My insurance tells at me to use non-hospital facilities to save myself money but it's well worth it for the service and comfort you get here!
