They fixed the problem with my heat pump, so 2 stars but…read more...... 1. They don't make appointments, they only call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Because of this, one has to wait and hope that one is home when they can come by. 2. $80 for a service call no matter what. This does not include any routine maintenance/servicing. I called because the a/c was blowing hot like a heater, it was a thermostat wiring problem that took 5 minutes to fix. I get it, they are a business, but $80 to fix that? 3. They performed a visual inspection of my heat pump and reported that is was very clean for its age, no worries! But...I had to have another hvac company come out the next week because my a/c worked, but not very well. Turns out my heat pump was very dirty and freezing over! Can't believe this company didn't catch it, I'll never have business with them again. C&J Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling will be my go-to from here on out.

Weston was here about 3:30 and surveyed the situation......looks like a snake decided to wrap itself around my fan motor shaft...took it apart, tested the motor which ended up bad. Great, now what?.....no problem since he had one on the truck. Replaced it, tested system after the install, and AC was back up and running by 5. Thanks again!

He was on time, had a positive attitude, and did everything he could to help us try to find where the leak was coming from. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service call was scheduled a week out from the time we called. I understand the company is busy, but it was a bit stressful not knowing what was going on with the house and having to make some temporary adjustments with not running the water on the upstairs floor until someone was able to come out.
