While I tried to stay with the program, I was unable to continue as my oncology doctors advised me to focus on my cancer recovery plan and not worry about my weight. I tried again a year later, after I was cancer free, but I wasn't ready (mentally or emotionally) to commit. However, they say the third time is a charm. I went to the Bismarck Profile by Sanford office in early September 2018, and was able to meet immediately with Emily. She has continued to be my friendly and informed coach for seven months. Whether I communicate through the member page, by phone, or in person, she is always willing to advise me or to find an answer to my questions. When I had another health challenge in January and February of 2020, she showed me ways to modify my Reboot/Reduce plan so that I could incorporate my doctor's diet recommendations. If I happen to stop by the store to select and purchase items, everyone is helpful. I believe in this program and the staff are wonderful. My results have been positive, also; as I am 2/3 of the way to my goal weight (I've lost 43 pounds).
