Had a small repair job, as the pvc was coming away from the fascia/ soffit and the gutter was…read moreleaking. Got an estimate, and Pat and Chris said they would start the next week. As I was off the day they started, they kept calling into me, and telling me the job was much bigger that originally estimated. All the timbers under the pvc need replacing, all new pvc and gutters, also need to be replaced, as the previous "job", was by a cowboy, without my knowledge. also the felt on the first 4 courses of tiles front and back needed replacing. I will not lie and say I was shocked by the final price. Their website is misleading, and they are in need of a secretary or other support as it seems to be only Pat and Chris doing all the work. Now for the good news. The work did need to be done, and it was done very quickly. The standard of work was excellent. I would recommend them, but I would require a full written estimate before any work is started.

Avoid - Very bad customer service. Purchased 2 expensive carpets. Prior to purchase was assured…read morethat the carpets would run level with the specified hallway tile height when fitted. Without prior consent or a phone call to notify us about the need to, the fitter unscrewed 5 doors from the door frames and left them unhung in the hallway when finished fitting the carpets due to the height of the finished carpet not been level with the tiles. Did not tidy up excess / carpet trimmings. Got no satisfaction from the manager when I phoned to express my discontent with the job. Purchased a far cheaper carpet for another bedroom elsewhere and the service / neatness of the job was far superior and the room door didn't have to be removed.
