Very disappointed with their service guy from COMPLETE SLIDING DOOR Got a quotation for 3 sliding doors door 1 the service man took about an hour or so = job done perfectly (worth the money) door 2 & door 3 the service man finished both in an hours time = still heavy to open and close the doors and not completely smooth rolling on the tracks after being attended by a professional .....!? We've called them a few times for different projects in flip homes or rental properties. This time was in my own home. The service is always great. The the products and work are excellent quality. This was not expected but very appreciated and most business's today do not go the extra mile much less extend apologies. I went with Complete Sliding Doors & Windows to repair a broken side window on a home I recently purchased. While the work performed by the installer was excellent, my experience with their Manager Alexis was horrible. Before the installation appointment, I called to confirm the remaining balance on the account. On the morning of the installation I called again to confirm appointment, and remaining balance which was confirmed as $100. After the installer completed his work, I was told another much higher price was the remaining balance. Confused, I called Complete Sliding Doors & Windows immediately to rectify the situation. I spoke with Megan first alerting her of the discrepancy in prices, and then I spoke with Alexis. Alexis identified herself as the manager and confirmed that she in fact had spoken to me this morning to let me know my remaining balance was $100, but that she was in the "wrong file." Of course, I was highly upset because not only was the manager admitting that she told me the wrong remaining balance, but she was unfazed about rectifying the situation. After several minutes of explaining to her that as a customer, this was not my fault and the price should be honored, she frustratedly states, "Do you want a discount or something?" To which I replied yes. Even with the discount, the total price paid came out to be much higher than the remaining balance I was told by two employees (one of which was the MANAGER!!). Overall their customer service can be improved tremendously! The work performed by the repairman was great, however their poor customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth! Will not use them or refer them to anyone in need of a window. Beware customers, their prices are not competitive enough to deal with terrible customer service by a manager - SAD! read more

Extremely dissatisfied. Eric measured. Waited a month for window and door screens to be built. Arrived with 2 of one window screen and missing another. The fit on another screen was loose. Screen doors opened no better than the old ones I had. Handle was put on crooked and there were chips in the paint. Called the office and was transferred to Alexis the office manger who was condescending until I canceled the whole order. read more

Sliding doors. The sliders out to our lanai are used probably 50 times a day and they are the original doors (1995) - the rollers & track were worn out!! We had Complete Sliding Doors & Windows (844-526-6753) come out this morning (Cory Cameron was the technician). He was very courteous and on time. He called 1/2 hour prior to arriving, he replaced the rollers & track with heavy duty stainless steel parts and was gone within 1/2 hour!!! I highly recommend this service - now we have doors that slide easily and are quiet and a 3 year warranty!! JUST LIKE NEW!!! read more

The salesman that came to give me a quote named Alex is a con artist. He tricked me into giving a deposit to secure the price, but did not tell me that they would only hold the deposit for 24 hours otherwise it was not refundable. After giving a deposit, I shopped around & found another company that was willing to do the same job for half the price this company quoted me. Unfortunately, I could not get a refund of my deposit & was screwed into using these guys. Shop around first, you'll find other companies that can do the same work for less. read more

Great service! When I called to have my slider repaired, the nice young lady said Jason was in the area & he could come & give me an estimate. Jason came sooner than expected, energetic, jovial & very clear in explaining what was available so I could make my decision. They installed a screen door with no latch on it to keep it shut!! The wind blows it open and I keep finding myy dog outside! When I called i was told it would cost addiTional for a clasp. I already paid $300 for whAt I assumed would be a Complete job!! Ridiculous. So glad I didn't have them install all my back doors which need replacing. Will go somewhere else. read more

If Yelp allows for a less of a rating I would give it. Complete Sliding Doors and Windows are a horrible company from the owner to the quality of work. The came out to replace the rollers on our back siding door, which they did the door now slides easy. However now the door does not line up with the lock. The technician told us it was supposed to be like that and left. We called the office multiple time and spoke to one of the owners (or the owners wife not sure) and she said they would only come back out if we paid for a service call ($95) to come back out to fix their poor work. Then she tried to blame our 20 pound dog for messing up the door????? Finally, the send someone out who made the door worse, the left side of the door is 1/4 inch off. there is a 1/4 inch gap on the top right side of the door, so of course the door does not lock. After many phone calls and a very rude owner (or owners wife), I spoke to the owner Brian who said he would come over to check it out the following day. I took leave from work to meet him and of course he call to reschedule after I had already left work. Well Brian never showed up, so we had to call and they finally sent out Adam. When Adam came out he looked at the job and said it was not done properly and fixed it. It lasted about a week before the door slowly start to drop again on the left side. I called Adam and left a message for him to call me and walk me through what I need to do to fix it myself. He did not return my call, so we started calling the office to ask if Adam would call me and talk me through the repair. He finally called me while I was at work so I could not fix the door, he told me he would stop by the following day at the end of his shift between 5 and 5:30 pm, again I took leave from work and no show. Well my wife has called the office several times since and she gets the owners wife who is very rude, and has no sense of customer service. I am surprised that they are still in business. I am shock that they where listed on Angie's List, which will be my next review that I write. I have never bothered to write a review for a company I was displeased with or had a bad experience. I always thought it was not worth my time, so it has got to tell you something that I took the time to write this. Beware if you decide to us Complete Sliding Windows and Doors, they do poor work and have horrible customer service. At this point I can only hope Karma comes into play and they get what they deserve for all the other customers they screwed over. read more

This business lied about missing appointments, were late multiple times (they had to come back), and installed broken (low quality, and incorrect size) screens without informing the client. This company has not been able to show up on time 4 times. They over promise and under deliver. They tell me it is a family business and issues can come up and they are sorry. However they do not appear concerned about the cost for the customer who has to take time off from work 4 separate times to make the appointment that never happens. Totally bad customer experience. I was professional with informing them about my frustration and disappointment about their lack of commitment to a scheduled appointment. Excellent company. I called on a Tuesday to set up an appointment for an estimate and they said they would be out on Friday. I received a confirmation call on Thursday afternoon and again on Friday morning. The gentleman arrived at 9am as he stated and gave me the estimate, which was well below what I had received from another company. He did the repair on the same visit and my sliding glass door, which could barely be opened with two hands before, opened easily with just one finger! besides been late to every appointment, took them 7 visits to finished a window glass replacement. yep, the first guy dropped the window from the second floor to a back alley !! we had glass everywhere for months. that guy didn't installed well so the glass broke again. the second time they came without the correct materials. the third time came but couldn't finish the trim. 4th time brought the wrong trim. 5th time, trim didn't fit ... I lost count. Girls from the office are very condescending. you think that after almost $500 window replacement and that many times here she would be a little nicer to me ... read more

Had an estimate to replace glass in a slider with a crack in it, the service guy gave me an estimate and stated can be ordered and installed in two weeks with deposit. I went with them not because they were cheapest but because I had a tenant moving in 3 weeks from estimate. Turns out they couldn't get glass in two weeks, so tenant moved in without glass repair I promised, and I had to refund rent and pay property manager to sit for install. Bummer, wish that was where it ended, after 4 weeks called, glass is in, came to install, broke existing glass in window out, and then realized ordered wrong size glass!! Jeez, replaced glass with awful cheap piece of plexi-glass. Two weeks later scheduled install for round two, according to property manager (whom I paid for second try), the installer (gentleman claimed to be owner) broke glass in the hall stairwell before even got to the condo, ugh! He was apologetic, told property manager he felt horrible please apologize will rush order and try again in two days. After calling the office to voice my concerns I was told special order on glass would actually take two weeks at least. They offered some discount on the glass and to install new wheels etc., to appease me but I told them not to expect a good review on yelp or angies list, I was mad, this was costing me more money than the replacement glass. Some lady named Mandy called says she owns the place seemed upset I said I was going to leave bad review. She had all sorts of excuses about the door no longer being made, spoke to me in a very condescending way about the measurement only being off only 1/8 of an inch, did I know how small that is? had to special order......excuses endless, couldn't stop mentioning they are going to lose money on this install (I don't care) I've never seen a successful business make so many excuses, not interested just replace my glass! Next day they called and said it would take 8 weeks to order glass from manufacturer and they would just like to return my money. So unprofessional, left me with an inferior product (plexi-glass), wasted a month and had to refund a tenant rent money, pay a property manager twice for failed install. DO not use this company!
