I wish I had found him sooner because my garage roof is the oldest and the moss damage is significant since there was inconsistent maintenance. Now I can at least stop the progression and preserve the value of my newer roof on the house. He gets the physical moss and dead stuff off, and the treatment prevents regrowth, without harming the surface which might be tricky when using pressure washer equipment. I'm not comfortable using a pressure washer on the roof and imagine you could really damage it without the right technique, and I don't know what chemicals are safe for my yard.
