You have to be part of Disney or on Disney insurance to use this facility. There is plenty of parking with accessible spaces near the entrance. Everyone inside was friendly and professional, and we were able to accomplish what was needed fairly easily.

Apparently the yelp Team can't fix the name. Kind of disappointing. I was recommended here by my doctor because of chronic pain in my lower back. The doctor, Jason Song, seems like a pretty knowledgeable guy. I met with him and we talked and he examined me and we have moved forward with treatment. The only glitch I've had was that I explained to him that being diabetic I should not be having steroid shots anymore. He explained that they would do nerve blockers twice, and then an ablation on nerves in my back. I was scheduled for the first treatment and went in and felt pretty good afterwards, but was very confused when my blood sugar spiked through the roof. Two weeks later when I went in for my follow up, I met with the PA and found out that they had actually given me steroids. I was not happy with this, but I have moved forward with treatment as I was assured this would not happen again. I have now had the nerve blockers twice With very good success both times. Now we are just waiting for Clarence from my insurance to get the ablation. They are quite long distance from where I live, but it's who my insurance approved. They're in a shopping center so there is ample parking nearby. It is a good walk to them no matter where you park because of the design of the lot.Everyone working there is friendly and professional, and the place is run quite efficiently. If all goes well, then I will be back every year to help. Keep some of the pain at bay.

I had been a patient of Dr. Yunk's for abit over a year. I am disabled, but have personal private insurance(primary) as well as ssdi benefits. Dr. Yunk's office as well as himself have always had this information. I went for my scheduled exam and was told that because I receive medical benefits through social security they will no longer provide medical services/or appointments to me. This is even though I have primary insurance through a private company that I have always had and this doctors office has never had an issue with. This complication arose when I mentioned being disabled to the reception staff. I was then notified they would no longer see me as a patient. Yet still tried to bill me for the visit. I was then asked to come back into a hallway to talk(under the guise of being seen) with Lisa the "nurse in charge" according to her. She then proceeded to tell me to leave and the doctor would just refill my prescriptions without even seeing me. I told Lisa it was crucial I see Dr. Yunk today as I just received the results of a brain MRI that showed several lesions on my brain along with other serious red flags and needed some questions answered and direction. She coldly told me it isn't their problem because they will no longer see me. I requested to know what was going on, why this all the sudden change and who's responsible for such disregard for human beings. I was told that "they told her(Lisa) that that's the way it is." I asked if I could speak with "them." I was told by Lisa they weren't there, [she] just spoke with them." I asked who they" were. She replied "The Doctor." *wait, the doctor isn't there?* so I asked said question. Lisa's response "Yes, he is. But he won't see you!" With a condescension that inferred I was beneath them. Then she added, "besides he won't talk to a patient about billing." Guess what! If he is making the billing rules, he needs to step up and back them and not be a coward! I asked for Lisa's name and my medical file. I was refused both. I asked three times and then she told me to wait in the waiting room because it would take time to get together. I told her forget the file then and just provide me with your name. She said it would be a minute and disappeared. I obtained her name through other means. So, to recap: Because I am disabled this doctor sees fit to be discriminatory in his practice by being prejudice against disabled persons and refusing to see them(I could understand turning away a new patient that was solely on Medicare if you don't accept it. But an existing patient with private insurance?). Because as long as your are disabled, declared by the government, you can't be seen here. Because of, who knows what(insurance isn't the issue here because I have private insurance as my primary insurance). And I was lied to by staff repeatedly, then was denied my own information(medical file), I was also denied to speak with the doctor or billing or whoever is making these decisions. Then was told they weren't there, then told it was the doctors decision and he refused to see me to stand behind his discriminatory practice. Just stay away! Although Dr. Yunk does seem very knowledgeable and does admittedly have good literal "bedside manner," I strongly discourage others from being a patient. Unless you want to be in the middle of treatment and dropped like you mean nothing. Doctor Yunk acts genuine to your face but he isn't genuine. He rushes. Want attention and to slow him down in your visit? Talk sports, then he will actually give you some time and act interested. His website touts being new to Celebration and he cares. Nah. Especially for being in a higher end neighborhood with a higher age group of residency, to turn away someone who is disabled or retired? Get this guy outta here!

The kids have Disney insurance and so they use the Disney pharmacy as well. We usually go to the…read moreone by Epcot, but a prescription was filled in this location and so I went in and just picked it up for my kid. I was told that it's usually very busy and I have to say I'm used to bigger crowds when I've been in the building for other things but on my visit, it was very quiet, thankfully. I walked up and was taken care of immediately. I gave the information and they went and brought out the med and covered the information that was needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend anyone who can use these locations.

This was an excellent urgent care overall. The nurse we saw at check-in was curt and not friendly…read moreor cheerful so that wasn't particularly encouraging when I came in with my sick daughter. However Dr Applebee was warm, friendly, and had a great bedside manner. He patiently listened when I asked him questions and tried to do some sleuthing to figure out why my daughter had a high fever despite testing negative for everything. Urgent cares are limited in what they can do but he was very helpful in talking through the options. At the urgent care at home i am used to them doing a panel of RSV, strep, flu, covid, and rhinovirus. For some reason this urgent care doesn't do rhinovirus, and if they test for the other 5, they need to take 3 separate swabs whereas ours just goes 1 swab. So my poor daughter wasn't happy about that but the kindness of the doctor made up for it. He even gave her a rubber ducky as a little treat on the way out which beats the stickers at other places. If we are in the area again and need to go to an urgent care, we'd come here again! Especially in a place where there are so many urgent cares. Oh and I saw an X-ray room on the way out so that's another bonus to come here instead of an ER.

I had to come here to pick up the hearing aids that were ordered on my first visit after I underwent a very extensive hearing test. I was very comfortable and happy with the care that I received and on this occasion I went through an extensive if quick process of understanding how to use the new devices. I go back again in a couple of weeks to go over how they have been performing And to check the fit of them. Sabrina who I believe is in charge of billing took my credit card information on and one time transactions and took it upon herself to use that same card for repeat charges every month with out the card holders permission. After the card holder made it clear this is for a one time charge not recruiting charges. They never had my concent to charges the card more than the one time approved. When I called about the charges she basically told me tough luck, the account was behind on payments and used my account to make the payment and that it was my word against hers.
