The worst practice I have ever seen. They have absolutely no respect for anyone's time but their own. You can wait up to an hour for a pre injection consultation, more than an hour to actually get your injection and up to an hour in the waiting room for a post injection consultation. I finally walked out before my last post consultation and found a new pain management doctor who is much more respectful. Never again read more

At the start of going here I provided my health insurance card to them to check for coverage. They got back to me saying I'm good for 35 visits. I started going weekly and Dr. Chris was good. That's only good about this practice.After multiple visits I asked them if I owed them any money, each time they said no. So some time later they came to me and presented a bill for $800 !!!! It's the job of their staff to inform me they were not getting any payment assistance from my provider. I would not have continued to go there on a regular basis knowing I was running up these charges. I met with office manager who had an attitude and basically blamed my insurance provider with this problem . No apologies from her or anyone so yet another blow to the LOSS of customer service. Went in there with Insurance card in hand and once "whoever "checked on the coverage they told me I'm good for 35 visits. So as I received adjustments from Chris (Chris is a great chiropractor) I repeatedly asked if I owe them money. Each time they said no.3 months go by and they tell me I owe them $800.Wow didn't see that coming, nor was I prepared for such an expense. It's THEIR job to tell me I owe them money not my insurance company, it's their job to let me know they haven't received any money from my insurance company. None of that happened. So, I spoke to office manager and she basically had an attitude and offered NO apologies. So, we BOTH loose and I won't be back. Dr. Dan and Dee are wonderful! However, my husband received a call last Friday saying he needed to schedule an appontment to avoid having to pay a 6 month evalualtion $86 dollars due to insurance benefits. He immediately called them Monday to schedule. Today he receivd a call from them saying he needed to pay the $86 dolars. I talked with a person in administration about this and she said it was an automated email he receivd with the heads up. But was wrong and she would not explain the situation. I normally don't do chiropractic but I felt that Compton did a really good job and understanding what my needs were and they were able to alleviate some of the pain in my lower back and legs. I was charged $85.00 for an "appraisal" which consisted of blood pressure check, temperature taken and blood gas measure ( the thing they put on your thumb) plus the adjustment, for a total of $149.00. Never again. read more

Let me start by sharing I choose not to see the Chiropractor- After a one day wait to see the Chiropractor ,answering numerous questions about my insurance I went to the office. I had a recent MRI available to share. I had to start by meeting with the office/billing Manager. Yes my "excellent " insurance would pay for 30 adjustments a year-But if stimulation, heat or stretching was used there would be an a charge of over $25 that "is Not" covered by insurance. And as a first time patient I would need an interview with the Chiropractor that had a cost of $228.00 that would Not be covered by insurance-Really! Seems like greed to me -inconsistent with the charges I paid for Chiropractic care in the past. read more

Been going here for about 2 years or so. I work construction and my back gets out of place. I've always been able to leave with relief.

I would not recommend them; they all about the money!! I went to two visits there and both times, they grilled me about my insurance, tried to force me to have therapy, I did not need, and never even treated me!! They are crooks!! For those two days visit, they billed my insurance company $634 and did NOTHING!! They advertised first visit was free but it was not!! They are a ripoff!! They make sure you have enough insurance and then suggest all kind of tests, to get your insurance money!! read more

I went for an "annual adjustment" to keep my spine aligned (looking for a chiropractor after moving from Virginia). The web site says "free consultation" and I had no problems, just wanted some preventative work. Well when I got the bill $280 and I was told AFTER the fact that every patient must get a NEW PATIENT review $200. This is not the free consult. If I had been told BEFORE about the $200 new patient charge I would have gone elsewhere - they said Oh you signed the insurance paper - that only says I will pay anything insurance does not pay (which I never use for routine annual chiropractor alignment visits). NO statement before about the $200 new patient charge. BAD PRACTICE. Also the table the Sr. used was VERY strange, unlike any I had experienced - made LOTS of noise and afterwards my lower back was actually tenser and more uncomfortable than when I went (I had no discomfort BEFORE the visit).
