He heard my story and believed me without asking questions. I'm helping him by reporting this to BBB and Michigan's Attorney Generals office. Shame on them. This happened at the Bay City store. Were going to speak to our lawyer too. This is just wrong. The people behind the counters' know nothing, and strung him along for five months. He was even told not to talk to them and ask for the people who make the system's. This place should be ashamed of themselves. But of course their not.

The hard drive in my laptop went bad and they were able to offer me…read moremany different options such as repairing it, purchasing a used laptop or even getting a new one but also gave me a price comparison for each. I am not on my computer 8 hours a day for work, as many people are but I do use it for work somewhat and I appreciated how they still respected time and I still felt like a priority even though my situation was different than other!!

Passed by the store, doors are always locked. Called, no answer. Had my daughter call & check on it, they said they'd call her back. Nothing. Not a call. Not a "we can't fix it". Just NOTHING.
