They charge very fairly, the job was to fix my fan and it was done in less than 24hrs and my laptop now works like a dream. I had a secondary, completely separate problem which they diagnosed and sorted for free, despite it taking an hour of their time. They went above and beyond basically servicing my laptop for nothing and just going the extra mile to help me out. My laptop is super old, used and abused and most "chain/branded" places would have written it off or ripped me off, but this small independent company helped in any way they could.
