I was having problems with my laptop crashing, and took it to Computers Plus. They kept it for a week without saying anything, and I finally started pestering them about it. They admitted that they could not even diagnose the problem, let alone fix it. Their recommendation was to buy a new computer (from them, naturally), attempt to transfer over the files, and trash the old one. They then had the gall to charge me $50 for accomplishing nothing. I was tempted to grab my computer and stomp off without paying, but did pay the fee. I then took the computer to another repair shop. I went to get my hinge, spacebar and touch pad fixed and only fixed the hinge partially. Once I got it back it had Windows 11 which I did not ask for and they reset all my bookmarks on Firefox. Do not get a repair from this place. read more

Went there looking for a hard to find bracket for a hard drive and a sata cable. The gentleman working there took his time to look in the back for a bracket and when he found one he just gave it to me. He also gave me a spare sata cable he had. Highly recommended!
