They had a full restaurant, and only 2 waiters on job.. if you're a city cafe or a bodega, I think 2 service personnel is far enough for this amount of people, but in a restaurant where they wish to tell you about the food etc., I don't think it's enough.. for example, they forgot my request for no nuts (allergy), we were 5 people and they served us 4 pieces of bread, and it was hard to get in contact with them.. When they were around and when we talked with them, they were always very friendly and competent - but I think it was a too busy evening for them.. The food, on the other hand, was well portioned, well prepared and the synergies were amazing! Different tastes, different experiences and different variation - but all very nicely together..
