I don't know how anyone expects your kids to make progress when they cancel appointments left and right especially at the last minute. 2. They tell you they want to teach you things to "work on at home" with your child but then when you try to ask for things they either completely ignore you or just tell you that they are working with your child and refuse to answer your questions or teach you anything. 3. They are completely rude and disrespectful and when you try to voice concerns they tell you they will no longer provide services for you. So if you want to be able to explain what you see at home, PLEASE go somewhere else. Their favorite line is "well I don't care because that's not what I see the hour a week that your child is here." 4. They do completely inaccurate reviews just so that they can dismiss you from services. When you try to express your concerns, they ignore you and refuse to acknowledge the numerous calls or emails you've sent them the past 3 months. When you show other providers the evaluations, they laugh at how inaccurate things are. 5. They consistently bill insurance for the full session time but I don't think they came on time to a session even once. And when you try to help and ask if a different time would be better for them, they just ignore you. 6. They release eval without responding to you about your concerns with it and even after you tell them that they do not have permission to release it! 7. They do the exact same thing for every visit and then say that your child has improved because they can do the item after 6 months of doing nothing else! 8. They disregard drs notes with diagnoses and evaluations because "they don't see it". Note--other providers in the industry that I have talked to also have very strong negative feelings about this company. Again I would NOT send my worst nightmare here! AVOID this place at ALL COSTS!

Where they are located right on the Concord Hospital Campus, this was helpful. I was in no shape for a long ride ANYWHERE. They had me settled and medicated for my pain in no time. I'll just say this, the staff to patient ratio is amazing. Their quality, the same. I will never go anywhere else. Like folks say, if it works, don't fix it. Quick note on the food there. I'm a diabetic. I'm 6' 8" tall, over 300 lbs., and 67 years old. Because of my poor health (no surprise) I've had to give up smoking, drinking, etc... What's left...? Food, dining, cooking, etc... Yes, I'm pretty obsessed with my mealtimes. After a couple of "miscommunications" at the start, this team of food pros really came through for me. Once they figured me out and what I was HOPING for, they delivered. That's a first for me. We went high on the proteins and veggies. I couldn't have been happier. I didn't want to go back home. They never treated me anything like a, "oh no, it's YOU again!" Folks, if you can be a pest from time to time, their splendid treatment of me is RARE. Bottom Line! I'm not easy to take care of. I have seen other BCBA's work with my son, and absolutely NONE of them can remotely compare to the BCBA's that are part of compass. all compass staff I have met with and seen are absolutely phenomenal with these special kiddos. My son has shown nothing but progress from compass, and all schools and ABA programs should follow the compass model and all these special kids will do nothing but thrive. Compass provides therapy, parent training and parent clinics and compass has been a part of our life, but it's also been a way of life for us. My son screams when it's time to leave compass and he wants to stay there! I do not believe they do not respond to parents, compass staff and I've spoke with many, always respond to me almost immediately, and not only help you while your child is in therapy but they help you help your child outside of therapy as well. If anything else is said it's hogwash!!! This is the best place for therapy for these special kiddos.

I'm back to running and lifting and hardly ever think about my knee. but when I do, I'm armed with the knowledge of what to do to get things moving painlessly again!
