I would give negative stars if I could. I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care today. I arrived shortly after 3 PM and asked the receptionist (seated directly by the entrance) if I could walk in and verify my insurance coverage. She told me to sit and wait while she checked, but did not take my name, insurance card, or any information. Within five minutes, I went back to politely ask if she needed my information to verify anything, since they had no way to identify or contact me. I was again told to just sit and wait. After sitting for almost a half hour with no updates, I approached a third time. The same receptionist appeared confused, as if she had forgotten about me. Another staff member then informed me that they do not accept walk-ins after 2 PM. This was the first time anyone mentioned that policy. We had been sitting there the entire time (I was in pain) without being told we were ineligible to be seen. A simple explanation upon arrival would have prevented the wasted time. It is extremely disappointing to be actively in pain, seeking medical attention, and to be met with indifference and a dismissive apology. The lack of communication and visible concern made the experience feel even more disheartening. In a healthcare setting, patients deserve clarity, professionalism, and basic compassion. It's easy to locate & a clean environment. However, wait times are lengthy especially if you are doing a walk-in. I visited on multiple occasions and I was met with sass and attitude by one of the women working the front desk. She works all the way to the left, at the lower desk. I believe the name is Cathy/Kat No welcoming demeanor and a tone that just makes you uncomfortable, which makes it worse being that we're at a urgent clinic. The rest of the women working in the front were so sweet and helpful, thankfully. I arrived here at 11:56 for a physical and a TB titer and I have been waiting 6 hours . I have come out of my room a couple of times to ask exactly where I am in the queue and they said that I would be next after an hour and that was 3 hours ago. They only have one doctor running back and forth and they need more manpower here. More doctors to see patients here, I am a nurse that my company relies on places like this so that I can be up-to-date on my physicals and immunizations and every time that I have to come here with appointment or without an appointment it's the same story and the same wait time. They literally don't care if you go up and complain about the time they just apologize and just brush you off with snacks. They dont realize that a lot of the patients that come here are paying out of pocket or have their own insurance or their employers paying to receive services and it's unbelievable for them to only afford ONE doctor to see all 30 something patients. read more

He bullied his staff, badgered and berated me, refused to listen to me, gaslit me, and then attempted to DARVO me. After telling him of my cardiovascular and pulmonary issues, he not only responded that he was only asking about physical symptomology, he also said that "all the important things are fine." Concentra can SMD. Every location I've ever been to has been an insult. It's a giant sufferfest. Be prepared to wait 3+ hours to do an employment physical and some simple labs even if you have an appointment. They are chronically understaffed. The staff are a mixed bag some are very nice and they should get a job elsewhere because they don't deserve the abuse they're getting from the angry mobs waiting for their tests. The rest can go fuck themselves. If you work here you know who you are. This location is listed as urgent care but virtually everyone here is doing employment physicals and like drug screens. They're not really here to take care of an ear infection or a bad cough. The one plus of this location is that they validate for parking. I checked in at 9am for a knee injury. Preliminary assessment was fine and was told at 950am they are a little backed up and would take some time. It is now 147 pm and I still have not seen a doctor. No one checked in on me to see how I was doing. I am in a moderate amount of pain and could not walk normally. I am extremely irritated and hurting. Zulma and Carina were nice and helpful but clinic lacked a professional compassionate atmosphere. I would have appreciated that if it was discussed prior to me waiting over 5 hours that all walk ins would take a back seat to workers comp cases and scheduled patients. Went on Monday 5/8/23 and had an AMAZING experience! I called ahead and Diana answered the phone to let me know it was only a 40 minute to an hour wait, she answered all my questions patiently and was super sweet . When I got there I literally waited less than 30 minutes to get called to the back with no appointment on top of that. I was then helped by Edgar, who was also super sweet, professional, answered all my questions, and did his best to get me in and out as quick as possible. Arlene the nurse practitioner then proceeded to do my full physical and she had a very bubbly, energetic personality. Not what I'd consider an organized site for any medical care. I only ended up here because there were no appointments at the alternative site. Got here right on time, early even, as they open at 8am. It's now nearly 8:30 and I'm still waiting to be called back for a simple drug screen. This location has the worst service. Doctor Foster is horrible. Minimizes level of pain. Minimizes your injury and/or concerns. The service is extremely slow moving. Every time I've been here, I've waited 2 hours or more with or without appointment. My best advice is go to a different concentra location and/or ask to be sent to a different one by your employer. This place is beautiful inside but the staff is not. The front reception staff talk badly about patients. They try to cover it up by playing music.
