I refused to sign and was offered a free consultation. What a joke. It's definitely a case by case on how much they can get from your insurance without even know the scope of the injury. Drew has been my main physical therapist, but I've gotten to know everyone since 1) others will cover for him so it works with my schedule and/or 2) they're observant of my progress as well as their own patients in the same space. Drew is always trying to problem solve all of my road blocks and difficulties. He also handles my attitude and snippiness well despite me getting annoyed or exasperated with my physical handicap after surgery. Overall, staff is very attentive and genuine. Physical therapy is not going to be all rainbow and sunshine; some things are tough and painful, but it's amazing the progress I've witnessed in myself since going here.
