When you come to this location....any location, you are entrusting your fragile minded or…read morenon-verbal child. I suggest highly that you know the signs of abuse. 60% of child abuse happens from the people we entrust our children to. 30% of child abuse happens from a family member. Your risk is considerably higher in a location that has de-escalation rooms that you cannot see what is going on with your child inside. When you have no clue when your child is being taking in or out. You can't see any camera footage of what exactly is going on with your child in that room? They say there's only two adults in there, but I can't even see. They say they do holds. What kind of holds? How do I know you're holding my child how you say you are? Too many questions, and entirely too high of a risk for any non verbal or mentally fragile child. Ask yourself how you would feel if someone exposed your disabled child to mature material without asking you first? That is exactly what happened here with my 7 year old boy. It was given as a reward, and then charted as a behavior. Document everything. Their bowels, their hair, brusing, scratches. Who do they hit automatically when they walk in there? Who do they refuse to go with? Notice who makes them flench. Who do they automatically try to elope? Do not allow staff to put your child in their lap, kiss them, or tell them they love them. Watch for pet names or someone claiming favoritism to your child. Pack drinks, lunches and snacks. Do not bring extra food in there. If they tell you to bring in food to teach independent skills, bring just what your child needs today. Do not bring enough to last the week. Monitor what comes home in that lunchbag. Monitor how much comes home, and how much they eat when they come home. If your child is in pull ups or diapers, bring your own gloves. They will not provide their employees with gloves, in turn your child will not be cleaned properly. The trash is always over flowing, and hand soap is rare. My son was taught to clean where he sat to eat with a squirt of hand sanitizer and a papertowel. Watch your child's clothing. I'm not talking about a little paint or a little marker. Watch for globs of slime stuck all over their clothes, watch for cut up clothing, and unexplainable stains. About 6 or 7 current employees will tell you they audio record a the front desk. These same employees will tell you they are to communicate over cell phones so parents with GPS units on their kids can't hear the language they use or the terrible things they are told.

I started to see Dr. young after a car accident I had on February of this year. I cannot complain…read moreat all about the treatment I received, alignments where great and made me feel better. He was very informative about the possible consequences i could have suffered due to my accident. Dr. Young conducted himself very professional. The reason I'm giving a one star is due to administrative issues. When I showed up to the office for the first time I let the front desk person know I had medical insurance. They wanted me to fill out a form form me to put a claim throughout an attorney so they could bill to the insurance. I told them I had medical insurance and I wasn't getting an attorney to file any claim for medical. They took my insurance and my appointments started. After about two months, I got to my appointment and the front desk lady told me they couldn't see me because my insurance didn't want to pay because it was an accident that sounded very weird to me. I used to work with medical claims so I know something wasn't right. I told her it was ok, I was going to contact my insurance. I called Blue Cross Blue Shield and they told me nobody from Pueblo Quiropractor ever submitted a claim or contact them and of course that it wasn't true that they were not going to pay, they just needed it to submit the claim to get pay. The lady from Blue Cross blue shield contact them and called me back. She left me a message that she spoke to Sarah, the administrator, and she told her that it was the office policy to bill to a car insurance when it was due to a car accident. I still have the voicemail saved. Sarah was the same one that told the lady in the front desk I didn't need to sign the form for attorney because I had medical insurance. The reason they lie about all this is to get more money for their service throughout a car insurance claim. I called back to the office and spoke to the front desk lady and demanded to speak to Sarah, she never came into the phone. The lady told me that they were going to bill my insurance but they couldn't see me anymore, which I replied I didn't want to deal with such unprofessional people. For your information, if you have medical insurance you don't have to hire an attorney for a doctor to see you, they are trying to do that to get more money because medical insurance have lower payment limits. At this point, they still haven't bill my insurance. I dislike to give negative reviews and I waited such a long time to see if they would do the right thing, obviously they didn't.

I arrived right when they opened, they took me right away, and they took what was going to be an extremely negative experience and made it tolerable. They were empathetic and skilled. I couldn't have had a better experience somewhere else, it was amazing. I thought they deserved this review!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, CONCENTRA EMERGICARE, PUEBLO, CO! QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES…read moreAT WORST, SLOPPY AT BEST. I had to have surgery in Denver last September 24. A few days before surgery, September 19. I caught a common cold. I called my surgeon to ask if that was problematic? They said it shouldn't be a problem as long as it was not Covid, RSV, Pneumonia, etc and suggested I get a nasal swab at my doctor's office. Given that it was a Friday afternoon, my doctor was closed, so they suggested going to a walk-in urgent care and request a swab. I went to Concentra Emergicare on Elizabeth Street and explained my situation. They scanned my insurance card, took my copay, and swabbed my nose. I had no viruses to note, so they gave me an over-the-counter nasal rinse and wished me well. I was there, maybe 20 min. A month later, I get a bill for $353.00!!!!!! I thought that was OUTRAGEOUS! I call my insurance, Anthem BCBS, and ask them why they didn't pay this? My insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield told that Concentra Emergicare DID NOT SUBMIT A CLAIM TO THE INSURANCE!! I decided to give it until the next billing cycle since their claim apparently had not gone through. In mid November I get a statement from Concentra Emergicare, dated 11-6, saying services provided totaled $383.00, credit for my $30.00 copay, balance $353.00. The bill also stated, "You were not eligible for insurance coverage at time of service." I call BCBS, they reiterate, THEY DID NOT DENY THIS CLAIM, THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS CLAIM. Then, just days later, I get a threatening letter from Concentra Emergicare saying to pay the balance due or the matter will be turned over to collection!! This was dated 11-8! Most creditors don't go to collection until you are 90 days overdue. I contacted them at the number in Broomfield to be told that they already submitted a claim, which I know is a lie. I have since begun getting collection calls. I have excellent credit and could simply pay this, however, Concentra Emergicare needs to be held to account for doing their job and billing the insurance. Then, I will gladly pay anything left that my insurance plan informs me is my responsibility. Since I have been ranting about this experience, I have run across two other people, with the same complaint, about the same office. What are the odds?????
